Return & Refund Policy

Non-customized items

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customized items

Items that have been flocked (name, number) or have had a badge added are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation. No return or refund will be accepted for these items, except in the case of a proven product defect.

Defective product or error on our part

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours at kizzo2shop@gmail.com with a photo of yourself with the product plus a photo of the product. We will proceed with an exchange or full refund.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after receipt and verification of the return, via the payment method used at the time of the order.
